 TAIHENG rock wool board岩棉板，是以精选的优质玄武岩为主要原料，经后天融化后，采用国际先进的四辊离心制棉工序，将玄武棉岩高温溶体甩拉成4～7μm的非连续性纤维，再在岩棉纤维中加入一定量的粘结剂、防尘油、憎水剂，经过沉降、固化、切割等工艺，根据不同用途制成不同密度的系列产品。
   
    应用范围
    石化行业—石油、电力、化工行业设备的绝热保温岩棉吸音降噪
    建筑行业—建筑隔墙幕墙屋顶和围护的绝热保温岩棉吸音降噪
    工矿行业—工业窑炉烘箱大口径储罐及船舶的保温岩棉防火等
   
    可在岩棉板板表层粘防潮铝箔、黑（白）玻纤布夹筋玻纤毡.铁丝网等装饰。
   
    贴面选择
    在不同的工作环境中岩棉板材要求防结露防潮等功能这就需要在保温岩棉材料外层粘贴保护层。
   
    包装方式
     根据客户需要的厚度决定每包的片数正常包装厚度约为300-400毫米
     为了物流分配的需要，泰恒岩棉采用热收缩和全封闭两种包装方式
     在世界各地我们应客户的要求，接受OEM生产不同品牌，进行包装

     rock wool board is made of select fine basalt as the major materials which is pulled into 4-7μ non-continuous fibers after melted by adopting advanced international four-roller centrifugal cotton-making procedures and adding a certain of adhesives, dust laying oil and water repellent into rock wool fibers. It can be made into products series with different density according to various uses through the technology of sedimentation, solidify, cutting and etc.
